Its been a bit since my last update. Sorry about that. I'm trying to keep a balance between playing and writing so that I don't get burned out.
Anywho, what has happened since then?
Stuff that happened on June 21st's playsession
Well, for starts I found ANOTHER zombie spawner! I kinda have a few ideas for builds with this, I saw a post where a guy put a gladiator arena around a spawner. Maybe I'll do something like that later?
I began to work on a little heart for my base. Its located on x: 409 z: 2024, coordinates that mark the day my daughter was born.
Found a CRAPLOAD of dogs, and thanks to my mob grinder, I had plenty of bones to tame them all!
I made a mineshaft down to y:11 to start mining tons of diamonds.
I've been considering adding these little light posts around my base to provide some light and character.
Found a LOT of diamonds in my new mineshaft. I've basically been making a strip mine every 3 blocks.
Made this neat little rail thingy to easily go up to the surface faster than I can walk
Stuff that happened on June 22
With all my strip mining, I have a LOT of cobblestone, so I threw them in a furnace and began work on these castle walls. I'm really excited for when this is completed
Cleared out tons of area to make more room for builds
Made some adjustments to my strip mine to make it a little prettier, I think I like this design.
Stuff that happened on June 25th
Mostly just kept working on my castle walls.
I finished my heart! Took so long getting all the wool to make this
And made this little sign, seemed fitting since this is basically a statue for my daughter. It seemed like good sign to write, sort of encapsulating a double meaning.
